Melanie integrates various traditional energy practices to assist Holistic Leaders in reevaluating their personal balance when their internal ethics clash with the ethos of their work. During these periods of transition, marked by overwhelming to-do lists, commitments, pressures, and life changes, the inspirational light of life can become obstructed.

Melanie guides her practitioners through these conflicts patiently, employing a collaborative approach that combines Meridian Therapy, Astanga Yoga, Ayurveda, and Shamanic disciplines in an energetic blend. This approach proves effective as each individual constructs a personal map aligning their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects, enabling them to better cope with potential future challenges.

Once the warm flame of light is kindled, practices are developed to expand and nurture that light. Many individuals report feeling stronger, clearer, and lighter as they learn to navigate draining life challenges, often gaining confidence in their personal truth.

In the words of DAVID YATES, Best Feature Film BAFTA Award Winner for Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows Pt 2: "Whenever I direct a film, I become totally immersed in every aspect of the production. It can be an exhilarating as well as an exhausting process. Working with Melanie learning Yoga with an emphasis on pranayama, I have found more focus and energy throughout my week, which has improved my workflow and my enjoyment of creating."

In participating in the event, the aim is to share the practice of 'Breathing Into A Sacred Space' and explore how it can help manage stress.

TRAINING includes Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama, Thai Massage, Yoga Therapy, The Munay Ki, and Neuro-Shamanism.
