To be involved in all aspects of digital, content marketing, eCommerce as allocated by the Online Marketing Manager and assist in executing the online marketing strategy in line with the overall eCommerce strategy.
Key Responsibilities
To work with Digital Marketing Manager to deliver the Digital Marketing strategy.

To work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and optimize digital campaigns across web, email, social and mobile.

Managing the online catalogue through uploading, updating and removing products as required and optimising through category merchandising

Assist in managing marketing agencies for all channels (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Email, Retargeting) including weekly calls and reporting.

Work with Online Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and retention effectively across markets, channels, and devices.

Responsible for updating the ecommerce trading calendars weekly

Customer Service

Manage the incoming new product styles

Overlooking and assisting the fulfilment procedure

Manage and update stock levels
